1) You are strongly advised to instruct a registered company to act on your behalf for any matters in relation to your property. In case of loss or damage you may not be able to establish the existence of a legally binding contract or enforce it against an unauthorised individual in a court of law.

2) A legal title of  property or land can not be transfered with a contract drafted or sworn by a notary public.  A legal title of property or land can only be transfered in a Land Registry Office, upon issue of  a title deed in the name of purchaser, according to the law of property in the Republic of Turkey.
